The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and people‑centric Executive HR Director to lead their Human Resources function and guide the organization through the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR executive who excels at building scalable systems, developing high‑performing teams, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business results. As the Executive HR Director, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership and counsel to the executive team, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership development, and compliance.
- Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies to support long‑term growth.
- Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and systems that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management programs, including goal‑setting, coaching, corrective action, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track HR performance, retention, and organizational health.
- Lead HR team members with a focus on mentorship, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- 8+ years of increasingly responsible HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior or executive HR role.
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner and thought leader.
- Expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience driving HR transformation or scaling organizations is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
