Job Description

PositionSummary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHunter Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Thisrole is crucial in identifying, pursuing, and closing new businessopportunities within the data services ecosystem.
  • You will be an individual contributor responsible for driving and closing sales for new logos andfostering strong client relationships.
  • This position is preferred to be based out of Schaumburg ,IL area.
  • Thoroughlyunderstand and communicate the BBI value proposition and capabilities and corestrengths to clients with a passion to help them be successful in theirinitiatives.
  • Demonstrateunderstanding customer challenges and being able to align and bridge that toBBI services, solution capabilities and offerings.
  • Lead the sales proposalprocess , by collaborating with our internal BBI team to provide effective,smart solutions to solve the clients’ problems.
  • Actively andaggressively identify, qualify and pursue to closure new business logos andopportunities.
  • Ability to setSales goals, self-plan and execute to ensure targets are met on a quarterlybasis.
  • Research andidentify competitor strengths and weaknesses so you can effectively articulateBBI’s competitive advantages.
  • Perform allmeasurable Sales activities (cold calls, client outreach, client visits,connections, leads, conferences, etc.) to identify sales opportunity with thegoal of closing deals.
  • Build, strong trustingclient relationships at multiple organizationallevels in new accounts.
  • Creating winningproposals that convey the business solution, delivery methodology, resourcerequirements and overall value proposition.
  • Have the skills tonegotinate and close deals to maximize Revenue and Profitability.
  • Build successfulstrategies to meet or exceed your assigned quotas of both net new sales andexisting new account growth that you’ve established.
  • Be able to create,lead, present and facilitate proposal solutions and presentations to the client.

Qualifications

  • 5 Years of demonstratedselling of IT Professional Technology solutions in Data & Engineering spaces.
  • Demonstrated salesnumbers and evidence that sales quotas were met or exceeded in past companies.
  • Proven Hunterapproach for identifying, qualifying and closing for new logos.
  • Proven trackrecord of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong preference forexperience in the data consulting services industry.
  • In-depth knowledgeof Data Engineering and Data Consulting services.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degreein business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability tonegotinate terms and conditions, handle objections, and build mutuallybeneficial relationships with clients.
  • Adaptable andresilient in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
