Schedule: Full-time

COMPENSATION (COMPETITIVE & PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN)

Base Pay: Based on experience in leadership, sales, and social media

Based on:

  • Rebooking %
  • Membership program development and conversions
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Team performance
  • Content contributions that drive bookings

Retail Commission:

  • 10% personal retail commission
  • Additional team retail coaching bonus opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP

  • Lead day-to-day spa operations with excellence
  • Hold staff accountable to brand standards, protocols, cleanliness, and timing
  • Manage therapist schedules strategically to maximize revenue
  • Direct the guest experience with luxury-level service

SALES & GROWTH

  • Drive retail sales and coach the team to daily retail goals
  • Fill the schedule daily through proactive calls and outreach
  • Track KPIs: retail %, rebooking %, membership %, capacity utilization
  • Create new promotions, packages, and revenue opportunities alongside the Marketing Team

ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Oversee inventory, backbar, supplies, and ordering
  • Weekly end-of-day and end-of-week reporting
  • Staff coaching, growth plans, and performance management
  • Assist with experiences and special event offerings (Wellness and Girls Weekends)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3+ years in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness management
  • Strong sales background (retail, memberships, or hospitality upselling)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Social media experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to create solutions quickly and independently
  • Luxury hospitality mindset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Book4Time, and Hotel Effectiveness
