Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive will act as a Full‑Stack AE in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities include:
- Drive New Business : Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts within the Fortune 500, emphasizing outbound hunting.
- Lead Technical and Value Conversations : Engage with Chief Data Officers, Data Engineers, and business leaders outside IT to articulate value‑oriented concepts through product demos.
- Manage and Forecast Pipeline : Navigate complex, long sales cycles (9+ months) and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Domain Expertise : Experience selling a technical platform (not an application) in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Integration/ETL, or Data Virtualization.
- Startup / Early‑Stage Experience : Prior work in Series B–D startups, preferably in a small sales organization sourcing leads and managing the full cycle.
- 10+ Years of Sales Experience with at least 3 years of Enterprise GTM experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of territory, opportunity identification, and adaptability.
Location
This is a remote opportunity; candidates must be based in the Central Market, ideally in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN, and expected to meet clients in the territory up to 50% of the time.
Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
Total Compensation: $300,000 – $350,000
