Position Summary

The Territory Sales Manager – North Texas is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and promoting building envelope solutions across the region. This role focuses on solution-based selling, market development, and becoming a trusted partner to contractors, builders, architects, and distributors throughout the full sales cycle.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and lumber yards

  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to support supply chain effectiveness and customer success

  • Present and position building envelope solutions based on customer needs, market trends, and technical requirements

  • Track sales activity, manage pipelines, and forecast bookings using a CRM system

Education & Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or 2+ years in building materials or building envelope solutions

  • Strong understanding of construction products and market dynamics

  • Results-driven mindset with excellent time management and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
