About the role:
Reporting to theAxonicsSales& Marketing Director, the r ole willsupport inachieving the goals andobjectivesof theAxonicsportfoliotheyrepresent,basedin the area ofMadrid.
In this role, you willbe responsible for:
Develop as a professional account manager by mastering selling techniques, strategic account planning, and understanding customer needs.
Address routine challenges and build a foundational knowledge of the medical device industry, including competitors and market trends.
Sales Execution & Territory Management:
Conduct regular, planned visits to current and potential customers to promote Boston Scientific’s products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) by effectively managing the assigned territory,identifyinggrowth opportunities, andoptimizingcustomer engagement.
Customer Relationship Development:
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management,purchasingdepartments, and clinical staff.
Leverage communication and negotiation skills to drive customer engagement and long-term loyalty.
Market Development:
Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute market strategies aligned with divisional goals.
Clinical Training & Support:
Provideproduct training and clinicalsupport of Sacral Neuromodulation Products to HCPs in operating rooms toensure proper and effective product use.
Business Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence and business feedback to the Manager regularly
Use available tools and insights to refine territory strategies and improve performance.
Industry Engagement:
Represent Boston Scientific at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions toshowcaseour values, integrity, and innovative solutions.
Problem Solving & Innovation:
Activelyidentifychallenges and propose solutions to improve processes, address customer needs, and capitalize on business opportunities.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement:
Participatein project teams and collaborate across departments to support company initiatives and achieve sharedobjectives.
What are welookingforinyou?
Around 2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
Background and experience in Urologyand/or Neuromodulationproductsand portfolio, or clinical support is considered a plus.
Experience supporting procedures in the operating room will be valuable.
Local Customers & market knowledge.
Experience preparing tenders &relationshipwith purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.
Good levelof English.
Motivation and positive attitude.
Good interpersonal and relational skills.
Availability to travelin the area ofresponsibility, and nationally when necessary.
