Requirements:

1. Successful candidates must have current board certification in nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine or foreign equivalent.
2. Formal training must occur in a training program approved by the MPSC of UNOS.
3. Candidates must have current working knowledge and direct involvement in kidney transplant patient care within the last two years, including adult patients with end-stage renal disease.
