MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER OF FINANCE

The Role

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board‑level presentations
• Extensive partnership with operations, providing decision support and financial analysis
• Direct reporting relationship to the CFO
• Participation in a wide range of strategic and ad hoc special projects

The Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience
• 4+ years in a leadership or people‑management role preferred
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
