We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee our company's technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT team, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- 800+ Network Users
- Manage a team of 3 personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role in IT management
- Citrix Experience
- SQL Database Experience
- Strong knowledge of network security and data protection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
