We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex IT systems across the organization.
This role requires a strong background in technical architecture, systems integration, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills to drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the design of complex IT systems across diverse platforms.
- Lead technical teams in the execution of large-scale infrastructure and software development projects.
- Guide the development and implementation of integration strategies between applications on different hardware platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural strategies with business objectives.
- Apply SDLC best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Create and maintain architectural models and graphical representations to support decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Communicate architectural strategies and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting complex IT systems.
- 5 years of experience in technical design and analytical problem-solving.
- 5 years of experience leading technical teams on large-scale projects involving infrastructure and software development.
- 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 5 years of experience building integrations between applications across different platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
- Experience with modeling tools and creating graphical representations of systems and architectures.
