**Overview of the role:**The Head of Reward reports to SEA People Operations & Reward Director will establish a deep understanding of business challenges to deliver the reward strategy for the SEA Region. The role will have line manager responsibility for a team of Reward Partners who have a geographical remit. The role holder will work closely with the key stakeholders and Group Reward to develop and deliver a Reward strategy aimed at attracting, retaining and engaging world-class talent in all of the locations we operate in. The role focuses on total reward, compensation governance, recognition, as well as, providing strategic support to workforce planning activitiesEnsure fairness, internal equity, and market competitiveness through regular benchmarking and compensation analysis.Foster a collaborative, purpose-driven team environment focused on innovation, inclusion, and employee experience. A senior reward professional with 8+ years of experience in complex, matrixed, and international organizations. Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and the ability to use data to drive decisions and influence C-level stakeholders. Skilled in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
