Position: Director of SaaS Sales - Dental Division
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: OTE $150-$200+
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead the Dental sales team in prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new dental clients for our digital marketing and website design services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the dental market, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
- Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the dental vertical, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the dental industry to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing and Canvas Platform product offerings tailored to the dental sector, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth within the dental market.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support sales initiatives and maximize ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling digital marketing services and website design solutions, preferably within the dental industry.
- Previous experience in sales management or team leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, website design concepts, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Preferably Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
