Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the San Diego team
- Oversee office operations: P&L, marketing, new business, and renewals
- Hire, retain, and develop top talent
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, carriers, and producers
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, policies, and contracts
You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in E&S commercial multi-line underwriting/production
- 3+ years leading sales teams with direct management experience
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a team
- Strong relationship-building, sales, and organizational skills
- Insurance license required; CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred
