This role bridges strategy and execution—translating company vision into actionable roadmaps, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.## Key Responsibilities* Define and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives.* Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and accountability. (future need)* Manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.* Partner with development, sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success to ensure cohesive delivery and clear communication.* Identify and partner with other software companies* Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market research to guide prioritization.* Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.* Support go-to-market planning, pricing, and positioning.* Measure and report on product performance, adoption, and ROI.* Advocate for the customer experience across all stages of the product lifecycle.## Required Qualifications* Proven success managing SaaS or enterprise software products.* Strong leadership and people-management skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.* 2+ years of product management experience## Preferred Qualifications* 4+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.* Deep understanding of Agile or Lean product development processes.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).## Success Indicators* Consistent on-time delivery of high-impact releases.* Growth in product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.* Strong alignment between product roadmap and company goals.* Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.* Development and retention of a high-performing product team.**MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.** Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor work authorizations at this time.Start making a real difference for real businesses.
