
About the position
Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective delivery of educational services and activities for the Executive MBA Charlotte Program.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and admissions strategies to meet program goals.
- Maintain and enhance academic rigor and relevance in the program.
- Manage the Charlotte MBA operating budget and seek ways to enhance student experiences.
- Research current trends in Executive MBA education and conduct benchmarking against top programs.
- Collaborate with team colleagues in Admissions, Academics, Global Programs, and other departments.
- Create and implement policies related to student services and program planning.
Requirements
- Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with frequent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service focus.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree, particularly MBA, preferred.
- Seven or more years of program and planning leadership experience.
- Previous higher education experience working with students, faculty, and staff.
