AceRoofingInc is seeking an experienced roofer/estimator to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work needed
- Provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials and labor
- Oversee roofing projects to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
- Manage your team of roofers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
