Position Overview
As a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative, you’ll guide homeowners through the design and sale of their dream kitchen. Realtors excel in this role because they already know how to:

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process
- Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples
- Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
- Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement
- Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
- Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events

A Day in the Life
- 1–2 pre-qualified homeowner appointments daily (we book them for you)

- Attend occasional trade shows and real estate community events
- Maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business
- Receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins
