Position Overview

As a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative, you’ll guide homeowners through the design and sale of their dream kitchen. Realtors excel in this role because they already know how to:

  • Lead homeowners through big-ticket purchase decisions with confidence

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process
  • Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
  • Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement
  • Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
  • Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events

A Day in the Life

  • 1–2 pre-qualified homeowner appointments daily (we book them for you)
  • Conduct engaging, solution-focused consultations in the client’s home

  • Attend occasional trade shows and real estate community events
  • Maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business
  • Receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins
