Director, M&A Integration

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a private equity‑backed industrial services platform, is seeking a Director of M&A Integration to drive end‑to‑end postmerger integration across newly acquired companies. This individual will serve as the integration program manager, managing multiple complex initiatives, supporting due diligence on prospective acquisitions and identifying risks and synergies early in the process. They will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the integration strategy, establish repeatable operating models and design scalable playbooks to support continued growth. The ideal candidate has more than five years of experience in postmerger integration, M&A or large‑scale transformation, including at least two years in post‑MBA management consulting supporting industrial‑focused diligence and integration efforts.
