What You’ll Do
Trade with impact : Buy and sell poultry/meat commodities on the spot market, directly influencing margins and supply availability.
Own the relationships : Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers, suppliers, and industrial customers that drive recurring business.
Create opportunity : Spot-sell excess product and structure annual contracts to maximize value and reduce volatility.
Fuel the plants : Ensure raw materials are available across multiple facilities — your work keeps production moving.
Bring insights to the table : Provide market intelligence and strategies that inform leadership and sharpen trading edge.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commodity trading/sales experience (protein industry preferred).
Deep knowledge of poultry/meat markets, pricing, and industry dynamics.
A proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced trading environments .
Relationship-builder and skilled negotiator with a “closer’s” mindset.
Highly motivated, thrives under pressure, and energized by competitive deal-making.
