Description & Requirements

What You Will Do

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership in delivering tax advisory and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations across diverse industries, ensuring regulatory alignment and client value.
  • Oversee complex tax research and insights, translating technical findings into actionable strategies for clients and firm leadership.
  • Ensure quality and compliance through high-level review of tax filings and risk management protocols.
  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering proactive, high-impact tax solutions and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive a culture of client service excellence, fostering long-term partnerships and consistent engagement.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
  • Manage project execution and resource allocation, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Support firm growth through strategic planning, client retention, and targeted business development initiatives.
  • Expand market presence by representing the firm at industry events and cultivating new opportunities.
  • Maintain technical leadership through ongoing education, regulatory awareness, and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Promote thought leadership by authoring publications and leading firm-wide training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
  • 11+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting
  • Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, typically averaging three days per week in the assigned office
  • Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in related field
