Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior ERP LN Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales and Service modules to provide functional guidance and act as a business process expert.
This role involves understanding business requirements, designing conceptual solutions, coordinating with development teams, and supporting end-users through training and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Sales and Service modules of Infor ERP LN.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into conceptual design documents.
- Coordinate with development teams for solution implementation.
- Test developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
- Train business users and prepare training documentation.
- Extend ongoing support to business support owners.
- Assist in integration processes and recommend best practices.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Service modules (CRM and Order Management) of Infor ERP LN.
- Strong knowledge of Infor ERP LN application functions and features.
- Ability to articulate, document, and present application strategies effectively.
- Sound understanding of integration business processes.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and recommend solutions within Infor ERP LN.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Infor LN Logistics – Sales Order Management.
- Infor Certified Functional Consultant (nice to have).
