The Role
Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition. You’ll drive strategy, talent development, and sales excellence while contributing to a culture built on performance and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of AEs
- Drive enterprise new business and strategic growth
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy
- Represent the company at client meetings and events (~1 week/month travel)
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years managing Enterprise or Upper MM AEs
- 8+ years of new logo B2B sales success
- Empathetic, humble, and collaborative leader
- Tech or cybersecurity experience a plus
