Hybrid | Travel ~1 week/month

$110K–$120K base | $240K OTE (uncapped)

The Role

Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition. You’ll drive strategy, talent development, and sales excellence while contributing to a culture built on performance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of AEs
  • Drive enterprise new business and strategic growth
  • Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent
  • Partner with leadership on GTM strategy
  • Represent the company at client meetings and events (~1 week/month travel)

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years managing Enterprise or Upper MM AEs
  • 8+ years of new logo B2B sales success
  • Empathetic, humble, and collaborative leader
  • Tech or cybersecurity experience a plus
