About the Role
We are seeking an investor strategy leader to drive our engagement with top-tier Silicon Valley investors and strategic partners. This role will work closely with the CFO and CEO and report directly to CEO to craft our investment story, lead investor-facing discussions, and structure large-scale financing deals with AI clients and infrastructure partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong VC or growth equity background, deep comfort with financial modeling, and excitement for shaping the capital strategy behind next-generation AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investor-facing communications and fundraising preparation in partnership with the CEO—crafting compelling narratives and pitching to Tier-1 and Tier-2 VCs, family offices, and strategic investors.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with the venture and institutional investment community, serving as the company’s first-line representative in investor discussions.
- Develop and refine detailed financial models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks to support investor and partner dialogues.
- Structure and lead complex financing solutions for large AI clients and infrastructure deals, including capacity pre-purchase, leaseback, and co-investment structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical and operational initiatives into clear, investor-ready insights and materials.
- Monitor AI infrastructure and financing market dynamics to inform capital strategy and deal structuring.
- Support board and executive reporting on capital deployment and investor engagement strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or strategic finance; Tier-1/Tier-2 VC background strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in investment evaluation, deal execution, and complex financing or partnership structuring.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling ability—able to connect data-driven insights with market vision.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, or data center business models.
- Strong relationships or credibility within the Silicon Valley investment ecosystem.
- Passionate about AI infrastructure and the financial innovation powering its growth.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience supporting or working with founders/CEO or CFOs on fundraising strategy.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to move seamlessly between investor relations and deal execution.
