As a Sr. Director of Brand you will shape the future of healthcare with technology solutions that evolve to meet real‑world needs, work alongside passionate teammates, and see your impact firsthand by helping practices deliver smarter, simpler care.

What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Architecture

  • Define and maintain the PracticeTek enterprise brand narrative, positioning, and visual identity.
  • Build and govern the brand architecture across all product brands to ensure clarity, consistency, and market differentiation.
  • Develop and manage the employer/employee brand strategy to support talent acquisition, retention, and culture.

Integrated Brand Execution

  • Lead development of multi‑channel brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and internal channels.
  • Create core brand assets: messaging frameworks, playbooks, creative guidelines, and content templates.
  • Partner with product marketing, growth marketing, HR/People, and GTM leaders to ensure brand alignment across every touchpoint.

PR & Communications

  • Own corporate communications and media relations; develop proactive PR strategy tied to business goals.
  • Prepare leadership for media interactions; develop messaging, briefing docs, and narrative angles.
  • Manage response for reactive issues and reputation risks.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Source, evaluate, and manage creative, PR, and brand agencies.
  • Set scopes, drive accountability, and ensure agency output meets brand and business expectations.
  • Optimize budget allocations across brand initiatives for maximum ROI.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Act as the brand steward and internal evangelist across PracticeTek’s portfolio.
  • Partner tightly with HR for employer brand, with Product/GTM for product brand, and with Exec team for corporate narrative and announcements.
  • Influence without authority; build trust with senior stakeholders.

Hands‑On Execution

  • Build while doing: write copy, develop briefs, manage shoots, support design needs, drive timelines.
  • Stand up scrappy processes that can scale as the company grows.
  • Track and report brand performance metrics (awareness, sentiment, attribution, funnel lift, and talent impact).

How Success is Measured

  • Unified brand architecture implemented across enterprise + product brands.
  • Defined employer brand narrative and activation playbook.
  • PR engine delivering consistent coverage aligned to business priorities.
  • Core brand toolkit adopted by internal teams.
  • Demonstrated uptick in awareness, credibility, and talent pipeline quality.

What You Bring

  • 10–15+ years in brand, communications, or integrated marketing roles; experience across enterprise and product brands.
  • Proven success owning brand strategy and execution end‑to‑end in a high‑growth environment.
  • Strong portfolio of brand storytelling across digital, PR, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a “team of one” while building toward future scale.
  • Expert in messaging development, narrative strategy, and earned media.
  • Adept at managing creative agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Data‑driven approach to brand performance and measurement.

Compensation: $200,000 – $210,000, plus eligible benefits and potential bonuses or equity.
