What is Required
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in healthcare or B2B sales environments
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com and data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Western Region (30–40%)
How to Stand Out
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) dynamics and stakeholder management
- Established network of healthcare executives or key buyers in key Western states (California)
