We are an established Israeli PropTech company expanding into the U.S. market and seeking our first Florida-based Director of Sales to lead our national sales efforts. The role requires a self-driven, organized, and results-oriented professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle and gradually building a sales organization bottom up. Working mainly with real estate developers, brokers, architects and other real‑estate professionals.

Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities in Florida with the option to expand to general US sales.
- A to Z responsibility: outreach, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline while working closely with our Israeli HQ.
- Manage tasks, priorities, and potentially a sales team as growth continues.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success while providing insight to our marketing and sales team.
- Report directly to Simplex our VP of US sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (technology, real estate or SaaS preferred).
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively long-distance and in different time zones.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with Monday, Excel, other CRM systems.
- Background in real‑estate development/sales, GIS or real estate sales – significant advantage.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new tech platforms.
- Advantage: Hebrew speaker.
