The Opportunity
As Digital Grid Manager, your role is to provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients, leading initiatives that encompass digital grid capabilities and system integrations. You will manage technology transformation projects, align initiatives with client strategy, coordinate timelines, budgets, and quality, and coach teams in both Agile and waterfall methods.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage delivery for one or more projects, solutions, or processes, ensuring quality and risk control.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and solve complex challenges using research and best practices.
- Lead or supervise professional staff, holding accountability for performance, client service, and business growth.
- Travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling.
- Experience with iterative delivery methodologies.
- Project and program definition, governance, and resource management.
- Value, finance, budget and quality management in projects/programs.
- System Development Lifecycle, technology landscape, and client relationship building.
- Client trust, communication, complex problem‑solving, critical thinking, digital fluency, outcome driving, hybrid collaboration, team leadership, learning agility, change management, negotiation and influencing.
Desired Experience
- Experience with vendor software such as Itron, L+G, Schneider Electric, ABB, GE, OSI, CYME, PSCAD, PSS/E.
- Strong problem solving and policy implementation skills.
- Track record of leading teams, managing technical initiatives, and client engagements.
- Experience in identifying new service opportunities and delivering results.
