Vice President, U.S. Sales Leader

Overview
We are a fast-growing, global aesthetics pharmaceutical company establishing and scaling our U.S. commercial organization. This highly visible, hands‑on leadership role seeks an experienced commercial executive to build, lead, and execute the U.S. sales strategy and expand our portfolio and footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale the U.S. Sales Organization
- Design and execute the U.S. sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing U.S. sales organization, including regional leadership and field teams
- Establish scalable sales infrastructure, incentives, performance metrics, and operating systems
- Serve as a senior commercial leader within the U.S. organization
Sales Execution & Performance
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration across the U.S. aesthetics portfolio
- Translate brand and marketing strategy into effective field execution
- Contribute to sales forecasting and quota settingEnsure disciplined execution while maintaining agility in a fast‑evolving market
Launch Excellence & Lifecycle Management
- Lead U.S. sales launch planning and execution
- Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless launches
- Optimize lifecycle performance through account strategy, segmentation, and channel execution
Field Leadership & Customer Engagement
- Build a strong performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and development
- Maintain executive‑level relationships with key accounts, top customers, and strategic partners
- Ensure field teams deliver high‑quality, compliant customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies or the equivalent education and experience
- Significant experience leading U.S. sales organizations with national or regional scope
- Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, or specialty pharma strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in a growth‑stage or entrepreneurial environment
- Proven launch experience and ability to drive sustained revenue growth
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare commercial and compliance requirements

Compensation: The most likely base pay range for this position is $270,000 to $350,000 per year. Base salary is only one element; you will receive a vehicle allowance, and the total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
