About the Opportunity
A highly respected boutique CPA firm headquartered in Denver is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join their growing private client group. This is a fully remote opportunity for the right individual who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in high-net-worth individual, trust, and estate taxation , along with a hands-on approach to both client service and review responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review complex tax returns for HNW individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and S-corps
- Provide proactive tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Manage and mentor staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all engagements
- Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors
- Conduct technical research and advise on complex tax matters
- Support firm growth initiatives and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 6+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on HNW and trust/estate clients
- Strong technical review and client advisory skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar software preferred
