Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap.
- Build frameworks and track key product success metrics such as cost, feature, reliability, and risk posture.
- Play a critical role in incident response, facilitating product communication during production outages.
- Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated.
- Instill a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, identifying growth opportunities throughout the team.
- Communicate effectively and build a shared understanding; invest in relationships and improve collaboration with a “one team” mentality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
- Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of electronic banking products and systems.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Ability to communicate across multiple teams with influencing and relationship skills.
- Knowledge of payments, risk, and security.
Base Pay Range
$122,550.00/yr – $201,000.00/yr
