This is a unicorn-scale company backed by tier-1 investors, and led by a world-class team of AI researchers, engineers, and product leaders from top tech institutions.
The Role
- Define and scale AI agents built on cutting-edge language models.
- Prioritize and spec agentic workflows; collaborate with engineering on prompt engineering, tool usage, and real-time decisioning.
- Define success metrics and evaluation strategies.
- Monitor and improve deployed systems for safety, quality, and performance.
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years in Product Management, including 2+ in LLM or agentic AI applications
- Deep understanding of Gen AI deployment, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks
- Strong execution track record in ambiguous environments
- Experience launching AI/ML-powered products in production
