Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Chief Operations and Strategy Officer (COSO), primarily based in Newark, NJ, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The COSO will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategies, and work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational processes, analyzing data to inform decision‑making, budgeting, and ensuring effective communication across all departments. The COSO will play a key role in shaping the vision and direction of the company.
Qualifications
- Operations Management skills and experience in process optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills to inform strategic decision‑making
- Team Management experience with a proven track record of leading effective teams
- Excellent Communication skills for interfacing with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to different working conditions
