Job Description

  • Lead strategic projects focused on market, product, integration, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Coach and develop team members for future leadership roles.
  • Guide complex research and analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Structure and lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic advisory to senior executives.
  • Present recommendations and lead discussions with C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and drive strategic priorities.
  • Assess partnerships, M&A opportunities, and investments; lead business case development.
  • Stay current with the competitive landscape and macro trends.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting (preferred) and additional expertise in a technology company's strategy function.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large strategy projects, preferably in tech.
  • Growth mindset and track record of coaching team members.
  • Ability to create clear, concise communications and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
