Senior Manager, Executive Search @ TalentOla | Strategic Sales & Leadership Hiring

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Hi-Tech P&L / Portfolio Leader to own and grow a multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar portfolio across global technology clients. This executive role carries full responsibility for revenue growth, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence , while shaping the digital engineering agenda across Cloud, Data & AI, Platform Engineering, Product Engineering, and Semiconductor ecosystems.

You will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, scale strategic accounts, incubate new growth themes, and lead cross‑functional teams spanning sales, delivery, solutions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership & Growth

  • Own end‑to‑end P&L for the Hi‑Tech portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and cost optimization
  • Drive YoY growth through account expansion, new logo acquisition, and solution‑led selling
  • Build and execute 3‑year portfolio growth strategy aligned to market trends

Client Leadership & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as executive sponsor for Tier‑1 Hi‑Tech clients (ISVs, SaaS, Platform, Hardware, Semiconductor)
  • Build long‑term C‑suite relationships focused on business outcomes and transformation
  • Lead strategic account planning, deal shaping, and complex contract negotiations

Digital Engineering & Solution Leadership

  • Champion Digital Engineering offerings including Product Engineering, Cloud‑Native Development, Data & AI, GenAI, Platform Modernization, IoT, and Embedded Systems
  • Partner with solution leaders to create differentiated industry‑specific value propositions
  • Drive adoption of AI‑led delivery, automation, and outcome‑based engagement models

Delivery Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure high‑quality global delivery across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams
  • Establish strong governance, risk management, and operational rigor
  • Maintain high CSAT, NPS, and renewal rates
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high‑performing leaders across sales, delivery, and consulting
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
  • Drive leadership succession and talent development

Ecosystem & Partnerships

  • Strengthen alliances with hyperscalers, platform partners, and technology ecosystems
  • Identify and incubate co‑innovation opportunities with partners and clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting
  • Proven track record managing large P&L portfolios within Hi‑Tech verticals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, ISV, Platform, Cloud, Data, AI, and Semiconductor domains
  • Demonstrated success selling and delivering complex, multi‑year transformation programs
  • Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with global delivery models

Preferred Attributes

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience working with Bay Area Hi‑Tech and Silicon Valley clients
  • Strong industry network and partner ecosystem exposure
