Job Description

  • Oversee all construction activities and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and ensuring that all workers follow safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on project timelines, budget, and quality control.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.
  • Manage project budget and expenses, including reviewing and approving invoices and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work within a team.
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, methods, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Basic construction software knowledge (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
