Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as an Order Picker! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse, efficiently locate and retrieve specified items for customer orders. Accuracy, speed, and a commitment to Safety are paramount in this fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Transport picked items to the packing station.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote Safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
• Meet individual and team productivity goals.
• Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative warehouse atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is beneficial.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods, including moderate Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
