Joinabip’s Tax Services team, where you’ll lead client engagements, mentor and develop talent, provide strategic tax planning, and manage a portfolio of clients. As Tax Manager, you’ll review complex tax returns, conduct research, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and firm leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead client engagements and oversee compliance and tax planning
Review complex business and individual tax returns
Provide tailored tax strategies and technical guidance
Mentor and develop engagement team
Identify new service opportunities and support firm growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum 6 years of public accounting tax experience with supervisory responsibility
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
