Currently we seek several additional RSDs in various territories –

NEW ENGLAND | NORTHERN FL | CHICAGO/MILWAUKEE – UPPER MIDWEST | HOUSTON TX | SAN ANTONIO / AUSTIN TX | ATLANTA GA

as the company continues to expand its reach and successful deployment of air quality improvement to homeowners. The primary focus of your sales efforts will be calling on Wholesale Distributors/Supply Houses and conducting residential contractor trainings. Their IAQ component add-on to existing residential HVAC systems enjoys a 70% plus decision by contractors to purchase this equipment from designated supply houses in your region.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Secure a minimum of 3 contractor trainings per week by introduction from Supply Houses or by direct contact with Residential Contractors from your current base of contacts and ongoing contractor solicitations to earn a spot on their training schedule.

Meet with 10 Residential Contractor owners or key decision makers per week to schedule additional trainings within the next week or two.

Maintain excellent relationships with Supply Houses and open up new Supply House relationships to win more contractor trainings in partnership with the Supply House outside sales force by being welcomed to participate in “ride‑alongs” etc.

Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel, (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, other key personnel).

Submits weekly activity/call reports concerning customer‐related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services, and how they can benefit

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience – preferably in the mechanical services industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service abilities coupled with ability to maintain good rapport.

Great persuasive and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Ability and willingness to travel as needed; depending on Territory some overnights and extended days away from home may be necessary.
