As a Customer Service Representative, you play an important role in helping us fulfill this mission by providing outstanding customer service to all visitors, incoming calls and responses to email inquiries. This position will perform in a call center capacity and perform front desk duties as directed.

Key Responsibilities
Answer, respond and resolve inquiries in a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
Accurately enters and document calls into client database; directs client to solutions
Ability to articulate the scope of DHA services and program procedures
Ability to maintain all confidential information against disclosure.
Direct specific inquiries to appropriate departments
Demonstrates active listening and empathy to the needs and concerns of customers
Provides appropriate resources related to client inquiries
Explain the nature of DHA programs, procedures and services to clients.
Ensures customers understand information and direct specific inquiries to case managers or other departments as appropriate.
Provides resources relevant to the customers needs and concerns.
Enter accurate detailed notes in client database to document calls and inquire resolutions.
Knowledge and Skills for Success
Knowledge of DHA organization, operations, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of customer service techniques.
Basic clerical and data entry skills.
Proficiency in utilizing a variety of business office equipment and software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Two (2) years of customer service, clerical and computer experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
