We are a commercial printing company with offices in East and South Bay. We are looking for someone who is talented, witty, and can think on their feet—someone ambitious and eager to learn. Business sales experience is preferred but not required; we value talent and willingness to learn, and we will invest in your growth if you invest in yourself.

We are seeking to support our inside sales team. Experience is not mandatory, but the ability to communicate concepts clearly and simply is essential. The candidate must have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and as part of a team
Strong research skills to quickly find key information
Effective time management and independence
Ability to read, understand, and respond to emails appropriately
Problem-solving skills and flexibility
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational skills and self-motivation
Social media proficiency and internet savvy
Good interpersonal skills and active listening
Professional demeanor and outgoing personality
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Job duties include:
Assisting our sales team during daily meetings
Responding to emails and phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Providing order assistance and answering client questions
Updating CRM records and following up with customers promptly
Maintaining accurate notes and task records
