Ticket Agent - Resident Shows

***Le poste étant situé aux États-Unis, la description de poste est disponible uniquement en anglais.*** ***As this position is based in the United States, the job description is available in English only.*** ___________________________ Ticket Agent Sales, Marketing and Communications Part-Time Position We are seeking a Ticket Agent to join the Box Office team for ‘AUANA, our new production in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, part of the Resident Shows Division (RSD) with Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group (CDSEG). The main responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining knowledge of pricing, availability, and seating options, and speaking knowledgeably about ‘AUANA and other shows in the RSD portfolio. Assist with crowd control and ensure smooth entry for guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining professionalism. The Ticket Agent will have the opportunity to: Process merchandise sales, ticket sales, and VIP Experience upsells with prompt and courteous service; Assist with group reservation inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and will call; Build Customer Accounts in Outbox with accurate guest information; Manage cash drawer and ticket sales with various tender types; Provide detailed information about ‘AUANA, Cirque du Soleil, and hotel facilities; Resolve guest issues within scope and escalate when necessary; Stay updated on ticketing policies and purchase agreements; Promote a positive work environment focused on customer service, sales, and safety; Maintain a neat work environment and professional appearance; Communicate with Box Office Managers regarding issues; Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in ticketing or live entertainment; Knowledge of Outbox or similar ticketing platforms; Ability to learn and retain complex ticketing information; Comfortable working in a loud environment; Polite, motivated, and professional appearance; High standard of customer service and hospitality; Attention to detail and efficiency under pressure; Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting at least 50 lbs; Fluent in English; additional languages like Japanese are a plus; Legal right to work in the U.S., verified via Form I-9.

Compensation: $19 USD/hour. Rate varies by location. Relocation: This position requires on-site presence in Hawai’i. No relocation assistance is provided.
