Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and prioritize work for the digital marketing team, including front-end development, social media, and marketing project management. Define and execute digital marketing strategy to align with enterprise goals, ensuring seamless integration across web, email, and social platforms. Partner with Corporate Marketing, IT, and Compliance to ensure site stability, governance, and brand consistency across all properties. Establish processes and best practices for testing, optimization, and reporting across all digital channels. Oversee the management, design, and optimization of PrimeLending’s websites and landing pages to improve lead capture and user experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement UX/UI enhancements, ensure ADA compliance, and manage content workflows. Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve conversion rates, engagement, and usability. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and traffic quality across all web properties. Requirements

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, UX, analytics, and email automation. Proven track record managing multi-site web environments and optimizing for performance and conversion. Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and technical optimization. Strong understanding of UX, website architecture, and content strategy. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar). Experience designing or managing digital creative in Canva, Figma, or equivalent. Strong analytical and project management skills; data-driven decision maker. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred

Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
