As Media Insight Analyst, you will…
Responsibilities
Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify optimisation opportunities
Develop and maintain cross-channel media reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
Support A/B testing and test-and-learn programmes to improve campaign effectiveness
Deliver insights on paid investment impact to achieve ROI improvement targets
Collaborate with finance and digital analytics teams to ensure robust reporting and alignment
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in media or marketing analytics within a multi-channel environment
Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and campaign performance drivers
Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Experience with attribution modelling or media mix modelling (desirable)
