What you'll be doing You will introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high‑tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs. You will interact with our SMB customers in the retail store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. You’ll demonstrate the value of our products and services by introducing end‑to‑end technology solutions to energize their businesses. Driving small business results, you’ll generate new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals.

Drive small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.

Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.

Utilize solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for your customers.

Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.

Service the needs of the existing customer base.

Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline and book of business.

What we're looking for You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.

Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

A degree—Associate or Bachelor’s—or related certifications/college courses.

Outside sales experience, including outbound prospecting.

Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.

Ability to influence a team to drive sales results.

Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.

People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and building trust at all levels.

Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

The annual salary range for this full‑time position is $39,500.00 – $64,700.00, depending on location and experience. This is a commission‑based role with the potential to earn more. For part‑time roles, compensation will be adjusted to reflect hours.
