Youth Community Living & Recovery Specialist

A community mental health organization is seeking a Community Living Support Specialist to provide essential support for children enrolled in the YES Waiver program. The role includes working closely with a team to help youth achieve personal goals, monitoring treatment progress, and providing care informed by mental health best practices.
