We are seeking Event Promoters for our Tempe, AZ markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product, and securing sales leads for our team. Compensation includes hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments. Essential Duties Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees Book appointments Maintain a professional appearance throughout the event Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth Explain basic product features and benefits Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments Collect daily leads and provide them to the Event Coordinator Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to travel to booked shows/events Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work on weekends Compensation ranges from $15-20/hr plus commission.
