The Home Care Marketer is responsible for driving growth through referral generation, community engagement, and brand development for the homecare agency. This role builds and maintains strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and knowledgeable about homecare services, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping seniors and families. Referral Development & Outreach Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key referral sources (e.g., social workers, discharge planners, physicians, assisted living facilities). Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote agency services. Generate new leads and convert prospects into active clients. Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and outcomes in CRM or agency management system. Community Engagement Represent the agency at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community programs. Build partnerships with local community organizations, senior centers, and advocacy groups. Implement community education programs about homecare services, caregiver support, and safety. Marketing & Branding Support development of marketing materials, brochures, and outreach tools. Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online presence. Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Communicate referral details accurately and promptly. Participate in weekly sales or operations meetings to review goals and growth strategies. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate records of daily marketing activities, goals, and conversion rates. Ensure all marketing activities comply with state regulations, agency policies, and ethical standards. Prepare periodic reports for leadership summarizing performance and market insights. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing, healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of marketing or sales experience (homecare, healthcare, or senior services preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Knowledge of homecare services, senior care, or healthcare referral networks is a strong plus. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
