Overview Hybrid / Flexible | Lakewood, NJ What You’ll Be Doing Produce new Personal Lines business with a focus on standard personal lines and ideally some exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) accounts Manage and grow a large, established personal lines book Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and team to support renewals and retention Build long-term client relationships through consultative sales and service Operate autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through Utilize AMS360 (preferred, not required) What They’re Looking For Active P&C license Strong background as a Personal Lines Producer (standard personal lines required; HNW a plus) Ideally 5+ years of experience, though flexibility exists for the right professional drive and skill set Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Coachable and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (market-aligned, non-sliding base) Strong commission structure for both new and renewal business Discretionary year-end and performance-based bonuses 401(k) eligibility immediately 100% employer-paid health insurance Strong emphasis on work-life balance, including flexible scheduling and generous paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
