We’re hiring a Senior Art Director to help shape and elevate the visual expression of the company and bring our creative vision to life. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Creative Director, follow direction with precision, and raise the quality of every project through exceptional design craft and visual thinking. This is not a production-only role — it’s a central creative position for someone who thrives under strong creative leadership and contributes bold, original visual ideas to a brand with global ambition. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr **ONSITE 5X A WEEK** Overview As Senior Art Director, you will play a key role in bringing the brand’s rollout to market — executing, refining, and elevating the broader creative strategy of an organization setting a new standard for digital trust. You will work hand‑in‑hand with senior creative leadership to interpret guidance, translate ideas with accuracy and intention, and ensure every visual touchpoint feels premium, modern, and unmistakably ours. Your work will directly impact: Market perception Enterprise adoption Government communication Global partnership messaging The brand’s long‑term cultural relevance What You’ll Own Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to translate strategy and direction into high‑quality, world‑class design. Mentor and support Graphic Designers, offering guidance, feedback, and hands‑on design contributions across all initiatives. Help maintain a creative culture defined by strong taste, precision, and consistency. Transform brand strategy into campaigns, visuals, product narratives, and launch materials. Contribute to the creation of scalable design systems across enterprise, consumer, government, and platform‑facing channels. Ensure all creative output reinforces the brand’s positioning: powerful, innovative, sovereign, and premium. Develop concepts for major launches, storytelling arcs, and key brand moments. Produce magazine‑quality decks, brand books, and visual narratives using research, insights, and inspiration. Present work directly to senior creative leadership with clarity and conviction. Maintain high creative standards while executing at the speed the organization requires. Deliver multiple creative routes for each brief, consistently offering elevated options beyond the baseline ask. Manage version control, organization, and clarity across all creative workstreams. Who You Are A high‑taste, detail‑driven art director who blends strong visual intuition with strategic awareness and efficient, organized execution. Experience 7+ years in art direction, visual design, or brand design roles. Experience contributing to high‑impact creative campaigns or major global launches. A portfolio showcasing world‑class design systems, typography, visuals, and presentation design. Skills Quickly understands direction and executes with intention, clarity, and the appropriate process. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote). Ability to translate complex or technical ideas into compelling visual stories. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.
