Position Overview
Partner with Copywriter to develop, design and execute concept and layout for cross‑channel advertising initiatives. Create visual concepts with a social focus that will deliver the client’s message in the most persuasive and unexpected manner that drives success and attention for the brand. The role requires a deep understanding of how to work for a destination, social community and drive conversational impact. Reports to the Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Group Creative Director or Executive Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner with copywriter to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to meet our Famously Effective standard.
Receive and implement feedback from creative leads.
Communicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, and Production team members to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
Work on a variety of projects across multiple channels.
Develop strong visual concepts that drive social impact.
Own the visual pitch deck building process.
Support teams through all project phases from ideation through production.
Assist creative leaders with client presentations and deliverables.
Remain current on latest creative trends globally, award shows, case studies, production companies and industry best practices to create work that moves others.
Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Remain curious about pop culture, social media trends and audience interests to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns.
What You Will Need
2–3+ years of industry experience in a well‑established, creative role with a proven track record.
Experience working across all channels.
Deep understanding of the Vegas space and its audience.
Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant category experience.
Solid verbal communication skills.
Deep social experience and organic success across platforms.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AI Tools, or similar tools.

We offer a competitive benefits package.
Pay Range: $45,000 – $100,000 USD.
